Other Forms of Harassment

The University is committed to maintaining a community free from all forms of harassment. Harassment based upon sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation is prohibited by the University’s Title IX Policy (CS 27) and Sexual Misconduct Policy (CS 20).

Harassment unconnected to protected identities is prohibited by the University’s Anti-Harassment Policy statement and the Student Code of Conduct. This provision prohibits university members from engaging in the harassment of others when the conduct is severe or pervasive and otherwise has the effect of creating a hostile academic or work environment.
